Our platform is a space where creativity, storytelling, roleplay, and meaningful AI-driven interactions come to life. Whether you're creating characters, solving mysteries, or engaging in NSFW fantasy, we want everyone to feel safe and inspired.

To maintain a welcoming and responsible community, we ask that all users follow these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful to Others

Even when interacting with fictional characters, real people are behind user accounts. Always:

Treat others with kindness.
Avoid hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
Do not threaten or incite violence.

2. No Illegal Content

Any content that is illegal under your local jurisdiction—or under international law—is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

CSAM or any sexualized depictions of minors (real or fictional).
Non-consensual content.
Depictions of bestiality or sexual violence.
Instructions for illegal activity (e.g., drug manufacturing, hacking, etc.).

3. NSFW Guidelines

We allow adult content, but with rules:

NSFW content must be properly marked during character creation.
Only users with appropriate subscription levels can access or create NSFW characters.
No NSFW content involving minors, incest, or extreme non-consensual themes.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or banning.

4. Character Creation Rules

Creating and sharing AI characters is a core feature of VirtualTalesHub. When doing so:

Respect intellectual property: do not use real people or copyrighted characters unless you have the right to do so.
Clearly mark NSFW content.
Avoid characters that promote violence, hate, or misinformation.

5. Conversation & Roleplay Etiquette

Keep it engaging and fun—but don't spam or flood chats.
Avoid trying to "break" characters or overload the system.
Use the roleplay feature (*action text*) appropriately.

6. Media Uploads (Images, Audio & Files)

Some characters can send prepared media (e.g., images, audio, or other files).

Do not upload explicit real-life photos or illegal content.
AI-generated or illustrated content must still follow NSFW rules.

7. Reporting & Moderation

See something that violates the guidelines? Use the report button or email us at contact@virtualtaleshub.com.

We take all reports seriously and may:

Remove offending content.
Suspend or permanently ban users.
Notify legal authorities in case of criminal content.

8. Consequences

Violations may result in:

Warnings
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Account deletion

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.
